What guarantees does MAPFRE | WARRANTY offer?
If, during the policy period, the appliance needs to be repaired or replaced due to a malfunction that occurred during its use, MAPFRE | WARRANTY guarantees the following benefits:
a. Labor for fault detection, including diagnosis and disassembly.
b. Replacement parts, both new and reconditioned, with the same technical specifications as the damaged parts.
c. Labor for disassembling and assembling the parts necessary to access the fault.
d. Labor for disassembling the damaged part and assembling the replacement part.
e. Labor for reconditioning the damaged part.
f. Transporting the appliance to the repair shop.
g. If the appliance cannot be repaired and the insured equipment is not available on the market, the Insurer guarantees its replacement with one of similar characteristics.
